4/2/25 - PER DANCE COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

Due to the potential for severe weather in southern Wisconsin on Wednesday, Dane County’s April outdoor warning siren test has been canceled. The US National Weather Service Milwaukee/Sullivan Wisconsin forecasts we could see thunderstorms Wednesday morning and again Wednesday afternoon/evening.

Unless canceled due to the weather or other circumstances, the county conducts siren tests at noon on the first Wednesday of each month. Canceled tests are not rescheduled. The next scheduled test will take place on May 7, 2025.
