The Village of Brooklyn would like to thank Jim Brown for the sculpture he created and donated to the village.   It is situated outside Village Hall.   According to Jim, he has always been able to visualize something as being something else.  The pelican idea began 35 years ago, and he welded them together 19 years later after he retired.   In 2025 he needed to finish it, and Bradd’s Welding on Wheels helped him with a dream come true for a metal tradesman.
