Maynard Stoehr from the Oregon-Brooklyn Optimist Club presented Jan Hartwig with the Brooklyn Police Secretary of the Year award.   Jan was nominated for the award by Chief Engelhart.  She also received a framed copy of the Optimist Creed from the club.
