Tuesday, Jan 12, 2021 – Zoning & Land Regulation Committee Work Meeting — This is to determine what issues were brought up to be looked into or dismissed. You may communicate your concerns/support up until this meeting. Any correspondence relating to CUP 2510 after this meeting will not be accepted.
Tuesday, Feb 9, 2021 – This meeting Payne and Dolan will address all concerns/issues as mentioned at the work meeting held on Jan 12, 2021. At this meeting it is expected that the CUP #2510 will either be approved or not approved.

Last night the Village Board discussed the Payne & Dolan’s CUP Application for a Hot-Mix Asphalt plant located in the Town of Oregon immediately adjacent to our northern border. The Village voted to submit a written response including the results of the survey of our residents. Relevent documents are listed below over the CUP Application #2510. Please complete it by 4 pm today so your view can be included.
UPDATE: Responses after 4pm but in by 11:59pm Dec 17 will be included at the meeting during public comments as a village board member will share them during public comments section of the meeting
